Discuss clear goals and exercise history. Then I want find out if they’ve had/has any significant injury. Lastly session frequency and timing.

When you college for Physical Education. Also been an athlete my entire life. Been a full time personal trainer for over a year now!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up insecure and I turned to fitness to boost my self esteem and confidence and it worked. My goal now is to change the way people perceive there selves.
