Experience personal training at a very cheap rate and get the same quality as the expensive rate. I charge my clients $300/week, which allows you to work out as many days as you want per week. The more you work out, the cheaper it is per session. I’m a board-certified nutritionist. I specialize in vegan-diet meal planning, diabetic meal planning, weight loss meal planning, sports nutrition meal planning, and everyday meal planning for the average job. Initial consultation $65, and $20 for each follow-up thereafter. I also do sports-specific training. I charge my clients $400/week, which allows you to have as many sessions as you want per week. I provide boxing, kickboxing, taekwondo, football, baseball, basketball, track and field, soccer, and you can contact me for any other specific training in which you wish to inquire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
