Over the past 5 years James has done a lot of work on our brownstone home (new kitchen, bathroom). Great work, reliable, very reasonable prices and you won't meet a contractor with more integrity. He is also super resourceful which we love, not only for environmental reasons but it saves us money.

I call him the the Technologist. His has been like family with his many years of service to our neighborhood. Along with being a great guy and great mentor his skills is worth far more to us just as his honest and integrity. believe there is no job he could not accomplish. He installed our ceiling fan with ease following a fall from the ceiling. Parts and hardware was missing and the entire bracket had broken. James showed for a brief assessment and returned the next day to install we were up and going in nothing flat. There is nothing he could have done better......

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
lots of reading and internet update of all new product and technics seems like on a daily basic.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Took a break from what i went to school for (1974) repairing key punch (computers). went to work (temp)as a laborer for a nice guy and my uncle,over the years they taught me everything one need to know about people and the business,work for that company until 1993. 191/2 years temp. love it. 1995 james home improvement became me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
complete kitchen and bath renovation,flooring of all type,plastering,painting,furniture assembly, plumbing, electric repairs, complete home or business maintenance.
