- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Information is put into dispatch 2. We send a technician out to diagnose the issue 3. We provide solutions for the issue 4. Once the customer approves we proceed to make the repairs 5. Once repairs are completed, the customer pays through our phone app.
