FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering 1 hour, on-line public speaking lessons in a fun and interactive group setting for teenagers only. Teenagers who are shy, need to build confidence, self esteem, make friends or would like to become better speakers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and share my credentials as a public speaker and how I got started. I then ask the customer specific questions in order to find out which area of public speaking they would like to improve on. For teenagers, it's mostly helping them to build confidence, speak clearly, and get over the fear of speaking in front of others. I normally give an assessment to determine their speaking strength when they sign up for my program.
