Nick has worked through several projects for me such as roofing / pitch, leader pipe, ceiling replacement, painting and more. How much more can I ask for than someone who is punctual, communicates about the work being done, lets you know when he is taking time to get supplies or eat and comes back promptly to finish the job? I also am Very pleased that he will give me a written / paper receipt. I have more work waiting for him.
