Communication is a priority to us when hiring a contractor. Although we received a few estimates for a large job which included repairs and a full bathroom remodel, we chose Golden Touch because the responses to our calls were instant. Then! Nick and his colleague gave us a fair, honest estimate and were prompt on arrival the next day. Very happy with the work done to repair our chimney and clean it. Will definitely be calling him in the future for any roofing work.

I found Golden Touch Renovation LLC on google. After reading a ton of positive reviews I decided to give them a try. I specifically asked for Nick because thats the name i saw in the reviews. I requested a quote for a brand new flat roof with new gutters and I also needed an exhaust fan installed in my 3rd floor bathroom. Nick came out the very next day to investigate everything I needed done. Nick also sent out a quote the within the same day. I am a very punctual person and Nick gave me feedback in a timely fashion. The day my roof was installed Nick and his crew came and did everything I asked for. The crew was friendly and very efficient. Everything was done within 2 days max. Nick and his crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of each night. He also sent pictures of every step of the way. Nick explained everything to me very thoroughly and carefully. He made sure I was comfortable and understood everything he did. I will definitely recommend Golden Touch and looking forward to using them for another project very soon. 10 out of 10! Thanks Nick!
