These men were a blessing to us! We were moving our aunt out of her apartment in a state we were unfamiliar with and did not have any resources on hand to assist with moving some last minute items. They came and were available during a holiday weekend. They showed up and were very empathetic toward our situation and got the job done within an hour tops. It was a huge relief for us because we were pressed with time to get the move done within two days and they made it happen for us. Thank you, Mass Express, for everything you did to assist us. You were so kind and more than a blessing to us. It shall come back to you when you are least expecting it to. May your business be forever blessed in all that you do. Take care and be safe up there! I am extremely impressed. The two individuals who came to help remove a large cabinet we’ve had for over 25 years were incredible. They were professional, efficient, and so gracious. I did not have to lift a finger. On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and easy to work with. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly stood out. If I could move my entire house with them, I would. 10/10…highly recommend.

I had such a great experience with this moving company. I actually reached out with a last minute inquiry for a small move that involved some heavy lifting, and they were still able to accommodate me without any hesitation. From the start, they were very responsive and walked me through the process step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. The team arrived on time, were friendly, and handled everything with great attention to detail. They carefully moved the heavier items and made sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it. The whole team was professional and incredibly trustworthy, which made me feel comfortable having them handle my belongings. What could have been a stressful situation turned out to be smooth and easy thanks to them. I’m really grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy movers.
