Alester was hired to replace the wax ring in my toilet which we believed caused the leak to my downstairs bathroom, but it ended up being a much bigger job replacing a very old pipe in the ceiling. Alester spent hours fixing it while remaining patient and professional. I would recommend his services.

Alester knows his stuff. He did a hot water tank replacement to a tankless model. Didn’t argue with me on what model wanted, made sure I got the right level of heating capacity and did a full customer install. Did it in 2 days pretty easily. Good price, figured out how to work in our small awful maintainence room and did a bang up job!
