Anthony from Murphy Plumbing & Heating absolutely saved the day. We had an emergency plumbing issue that required soldering work after another plumber couldn’t complete the job. Within minutes of my Thumbtack request, Anthony called me, kept in constant communication while driving from Queens to Brooklyn, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He gave us a very fair and reasonable quote, completed the work on the spot, and the quality was outstanding. His craftsmanship was pristine, and his professionalism, communication, and timeliness were exceptional from start to finish. Honestly, I only wish we had hired Anthony from the very beginning. We would have saved ourselves a lot of stress. He’s earned our trust, and he’ll be the first person we call for any future plumbing projects.
