Ira was immediately responsive to my request and was able to get here same day for an urgent toilet repair. He was not only able to make it here within a few hours of my request, but even stopped to pick up the replacement toilet for us, installed it in 30 minutes, removed the old one, and cleaned up the work space well. We really appreciated his time and effort on this, as well as his recommendations for some plumbing updates in the future - which were by no means pushy. He educated us on some potential issues we could have in the future and it was very helpful to hear. Thank you, Ira. I would use his services again and recommend to others.
