He showed up within an hour on a Saturday and had the leak fixed within about 15 minutes. It ended up being more expensive than I thought it should be but considering how quickly he came and that it was on a weekend I appreciate it.

The only problem I had with him was his tardiness, and never called to say he would be late. I found the problem and took care of it professinally so, that i handed him another problem the same time and took care of that too. How can anyone rate a pro just on one visit? Time will tell if I do not ask him to return and fix again the same problem. BTW this was handle on a limited desktop computer but it seems its mainly setup for smart phones, which i do not have or want or need. Is there a desktop version of your site????
