FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple and transparent. The service call is $77, which covers the full diagnostic of your appliance. If you decide to move forward with the repair, this fee is fully applied toward the total cost—so you don’t pay it twice. Before any work begins, I explain the issue, provide a clear estimate, and make sure there are no hidden fees. I also offer discounts for multiple appliances and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather details about the issue—what appliance, symptoms, brand, age, and when the problem started. If needed, I ask for photos or a short video to speed up the diagnosis. Then we schedule a visit, usually same day or next day. On-site, I perform a full diagnostic, explain the problem clearly, provide an upfront price, and complete the repair if parts are available. After the job, I test everything thoroughly and share maintenance tips. Every repair comes with a 3-month warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed professional appliance repair training focused on diagnosing and repairing refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves. I’ve had over two years of hands-on field experience working with all major brands and models. I stay updated with modern appliance technology and continue learning to provide fast and accurate service.
