- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to provide quality results, by using quality materials. Let us take care of getting the materials, you just get ready to enjoy your event! Book your date by paying 25% of the total, the remaining balance can be made in installments until paid in full, at least (3) days prior to the event date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation will take place via phone, video chat. Once we discuss the details of your event, concepts will be presented and chosen, unless you select a service from the menu here on Thumbtack. Once the first payment is obtained, your date is secure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will be a certified Balloon Decorator by 12/2020.
