Introduction: I'm a professional pianist, having taught both classical and pop music for over 15 years. This will be a great opportunity for the student to learn the 'language' of music. We start with the basics, find songs and pieces that appeal to your liking and learn versions that are compatible with your skill levels. Music is an art and hard work is required to succeed. I work with all ages who want to improve their skills at a new hobby! Lessons are at your home since you have a piano. I am able to give you lessons on Wednesday evening around 5pm. I have lessons in the area in Lynbrook & Rockville Centre. My emphasis is on reading the music and good fingering so I can guide you on the right path, especially for classical music study. At this age, best Lesson time is for 45 minutes. Call me to discuss the details. I started at seven and have loved the piano from the start!
