- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing are compatible , reasonable and are in Hugh part base on location / travel distance , tolls and other travel expenses , if weather or not full band equipment will be used , once on a gig the band is for most part flexible , meaning on occasions the band accommodated customer by playing beyond the contracted time if necessary , typically for a small additional fee , or depending on extended requested time no extra charges , the total amount agreed on at time of booking covers what typically entails in the contract .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ensuring customer has a clear understanding of all phrase of booking the band , including what's offered , what does the band entailed , suggestion of what will work best giving the nature of the customer event , final total cost , if or not a deposit is required and if applicable what percentage , genre / style of music and artist music covered , typically suggest customer view band past performances , videos are available in the photos and videos section , scroll thru and click on the videos listed above .

Gained experience thru years of engaging in music , being a past sound system owner /operator , studios recording artist , been with and around Bands , years of performing owning and operating a Band .
