Classy Staffing Events totally ruined my 35th wedding Anniversary party. They showed up one hour late, I had to stop everything while my guests were arriving and explain what I expected from them. My guests had to help me to prepare the Hor dourves because Classy Staffing Events weren't there on time to do their job. They ruined the clams on the half shell. The champagne toast was totally ruined by their lack of staying on task, they were told when the champagne had to be served but when it came time the bottles were not even opened, again threwing off timing of my party, it was very embarrassing and done right in front of all my guests. Several times I asked that the cake be brought inside the house because the frosting was made of cream cheese, and had been out for quite some time by then; every time I looked over at the cake it was still outside in the heat. One of the staff was watching a football game when he should have been working. I found a full bag of melting ice all over my kitchen hardwood floor that I had to mop up while Classy Staffing Events was not tending to the care of my kitchen. A rude comment, just one of many was made to me when I told them about the melting bag of Ice on my kitchen floor that I was worried it had cause my rug to be all wet, when I went to pick up the rug this is what the head of Classy Staffing Events said to me "Please leave MY kitchen until I am off the clock! How dare she speak to me like that when this is my house, and my kitchen that she was in! Because their timing was so bad they cost me so much money and wasted food, I didn't even get to serve the ice cream. I was so frustrated by their bad service that it is all I remember from my party! There was so much I could have accomplished with the time that they wasted on me like take family pictures, enjoy my company, relax and take in the moment, they ruined it for me. House was spotless when they arrive, a disaster when they left. So disappointed!

Hi Donna Ferraro, You tipped every staff member (5) above the amount and payed in FULL with extra for the driver. So DISAPPOINTED in the UNTRUE statements made by you as you said you are a Christian. We call you and were 15 minutes due to the extreme hot weather and grid lock traffic, we then staped aN EXTRA 2 hours. Classy Staffing and Events left your kitchen spotless we have pictures and a video of this, going over and beyond with the disaster we walked into on our arrival to your home. Your guest did not eat the food that was delivered from restaurants of your choice and NON of your guest took ANY food to go. The Staff worked two hours extra for your event to be a success. NO staff member or myself EVER made and any rude comments to you or any of your guest, NO staff stopped to watch any football game as there was no TIME. You purchase André Champagne that you wanted to serve HOT. The guest LOVED the shucked fresh clams and ate all the clams that was served. After your event the rain was pouring you held an umbrella over every staff to get to the vehicle. One of your guest hired us for there event, as they LOVED OUR SERVICES and your guest gave great complements. We are ALL stunned by your review at Classy Staffing and Events, knowing that we did a GREAT job. Classy Staffing Team

When I initially booked Classy Staffing and Events, I assumed this was going to a professional, classy, and well prepared staffing company. Boy was I wrong! They were scheduled to start from 1:30 pm- 7:30 pm. They showed up after 2pm and they didn't even arrive in uniform. The wait staff wasted an additional 20 mins waiting on line with my guests to use the bathroom to change into their uniform. The person in charge, Avion ( who is also the owner of the company) left my event to go to the store to purchase racks to heat up some appetizers. Although she was ordered to not leave the site because the event was currently going on, she proceeded to leave the site to go to the store to purchase oven racks. So at this point time and money is being wasted because i have 3 staff members waiting on line to use the bathroom to change into uniform and the head person/ owner is currently missing ( for approx 1 hour) while my event is going on. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I was later told that they stayed an additional hour because of their tardiness. Not exactly sure what they were doing for that hour because i clearly stated that they could leave at 7:30 pm and I wasn't going to pay them an additional cent for their service. Overall this company did a terrible job. Luckily I have amazing friends and they were able to step in and assist with waiting on my guests. Please save your MONEY and your SANITY by hiring someone from a legit agency. My sister hired people from Track Rabbit and they were very professional and followed all directions that were assigned to them.

Hi Margaret Van-Ess, Wishing you all the BEST on your wedding, we have NO CONTROL OF THE WEATHER. Next time PLEASE RENT a tent professional for your outdoor event and don't be cheap NO STAFFING COMPANY will have their staff work in the RAIN. I was nice to go buy items for your event food warmers and platters at NO cost to you, even your neighbors called the police for your event, towed your guest car. STAFF are PEOPLE (HUMANS) I value my staff and working in the rain is a 100% NO. You said for event your friends would assist because you could NOT afford to hire the amount of staff required for your event as you had a budget. We worked with your budget as we always do, you informed me you were prepared for your event and I believed you and didn't bring back up items as I normally do for events. Avion and her staff were punctual, flexible, and everything I needed and more! She was able to find quick solutions to last minute dilemmas! She was my fairy god mother! I owe much of my event's success to her!
