One thing they do not mention in what do you like about Zgroup: HONESTY! One we often forget. I recently returned to my NY loft and found the tenant left a very large, expensive bed frame with drawers. I wanted it worked on to make it smaller to accommodate the space. Chris could have come by and thrown a number at me and I would have probably said yes. But he didn't. He looked at the work I wanted done and though he said it was a straightforward job he felt the unit I wanted him to fix would be a waste of my money. There are not many like him. I will definitely hire him in the future. You should hire him now.

Chris did a great job in some woodwork, primarily building an integrated bookshelf for us. I especially appreciated his diagrams -- he would send over a sketch of the work with a quote. He was also flexible and open to talking over different options; but presented trade-offs clearly for us to make decisions.
