Introduction: P.A.S.S. Stands for power, agility, stamina, speed. Everybody is different some people are faster than others but get tired quickly. Some are fast but not agile, they can't move well laterally, or they can't jump high. Here at PASS we focus on improving your weaknesses as well as your strengths with a workout program tailored to your game. How do we find out what you're good at? First we put you through a series of drills focusing on all aspects of the game of basketball. We take detailed notes during each drill and after all drills are complete we take the notes to our team of trainers who make up a 4 week workout plan. After that four weeks are up you will be reevaluated to see your progress and so that the trainers can tweak the workout program if needed. PASSion is key and I'm very passionate about making each trainee better by the day. It's not easy if it was would all be in the NBA but if you work hard and have PASSion anything is possible.
