Precision Construction & Design did a full home remodel for me. Everything came out beautifully. They were very easy to work with and reasonably priced for the amount of work they did. Everything was done as promised. Highly recommend using them to everyone considering!

Bathroom Remodel
I’m going to compare this reno (aesthetic only, no structural changes) to the quotes I got from Block Renovation and BathFitter, since I got consultations from them and they’re pretty different services. Before and after photos below- For my 4x7, pre war Brooklyn bathroom, BathFitter (1 day tub and wall installation that “fits” over your existing situation) quoted me $6K. Block quoted me $22K (NOT including bathtub, or any other fixtures- they thought fixtures would run another 8-10k). They tout a timeline of 3 weeks, tho most reviews say they finish well before that. By comparison, Precision cost around $10k, which included all labor, plus the floor and wall tiling I selected. I spent another $1400 on fixtures (a new toilet, vanity, shelves, medicine cabinet, faucets, hooks and paint). Total job completion time (including customizing a vanity to fit my weird space, and custom shelving) was 8 business days, or slightly under two weeks. Based on this experience, I would be shocked if a non-structural reno would take 3 or more weeks. So I wanted to try and account for why this was so much cheaper than Block, to hopefully help you contextualize your repo. I learned of Block via their social media ads, which are everywhere. For Block, to simply schedule my consultation, I had three conversations: one with a junior sales guy, who scheduled me time with a junior project planner. For Precision, the owners are the operators, and I communicated with them directly. The drawback with working with a smaller, startup company is that you have to serve as your own project planner and QA; ie while they’ll help you out, it’s best to maintain your own checklist of things to buy and do. (not a big deal!) Overall very pleased with the results at the price!

Deck or Porch Remodel or Addition
You will NOT go wrong choosing Precision Construction . They were absolutely fantastic . We had to totally renovate my patio and create a door to my basement . They helped us choose with many great ideas , they were punctual every day and understood when I needed them to pause for an hour while my daughter took a test. The quality of materials and labor was amazing . If you have any construction work to do.. choose Precision Construction. (Before and after pictures)

Eli at Precision Construction is great! The work, effort and attention to every detail was and is above and beyond! I don’t usually write reviews but I just have to say I’ve gone through several construction companies, I was left in the middle of jobs and had poor quality work done in the past. NO MORE!!! Any job big or small Eli at Precision Construction is the right person for the job!
