Steven was very professional and warm. Even though it had been 15 years since I last had been photographed for my business/advertising, he put me at ease. He was flexible, and able to include my dogs in the shots. Since I use my dogs in my psychotherapy practice, it was important that they be present in the photos. I am very happy with the results. Steven is a superb photographer, and gives his customers an enormous amount of respect. I highly recommend him.

In the beginning there was an understanding that we will be shooting our lipsticks on models and the actual product itself. A limit was never said to how many photos can be edited and we were never told that if we wanted a certain amount done that they will be sent to re-touchers for an extra cost. the only reason why we gave him 2 stars is because he did go through with hiring the models, hairstylist, and make up artist which we highly appreciate. After that was a downfall, we agreed to pay him a certain amount including the fee for the Mua. we was told that he was dodging the make up artist making up excuses not to pay him-the mua had to beg him in order to receive his payment there was a certain amount that the Mua was suppose to receive and he received less instead; this means we paid ken more then agreed upon and he also lied on how much the payment for the make up artist was. A few weeks past, every time we asked for an update of the products or photos there was an excuse, he became very unprofessional, and inappropriate. He only edited 4-5 pictures out of a big quantity, the others he said would have to be paid an extra high fee for each picture which was not stated to us in the beginning before we got started on this project. At the end he told us that he never shot products before that it was an experience for his assistant and that is why he took on the job--not only did we waste our time but he also lied and gave us a lot of run around. Please if you conduct business with him make sure that there is a contract involved so you can get your moneys worth but just to highlight this bad review, the photos were nice after one month and a half of waiting when we actually needed it as soon as possible. Thank you Ken.
