I have over 20 years experience as a professional chef and a caterer in the food industry. For this new culinary adventure that I have decided to take on is backed by my experience in several professional high-end kitchens starting as a line cook up to a Sous Chef, then to an Executive Chefs and now with owning my own business with my specialized degrees in culinary arts.
In addition to a full command on savory dishes, I bring strong expertise in ensuring compliance with the state sanitation standards applicable to any commercial or private kitchens, especially during this time as we all are dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. (face mask, gloves, following state sanitation procedures)
My experience within this industry has provided me with a lot of exposure to diverse cooking techniques and I have developed a strong palate which will be an asset for any type of cuisine or event

I hired Anthony and team to do a bbq for my daughter’s first birthday and they were fantastic! He was very responsive leading up to the party, kept in touch and answered through out the planning process and I truly appreciated that. On the day of the event, he showed up on time and made some very delicious bbq. His station was so highly trafficked and guests couldn’t stop singing his praises. My only regret is that I was to busy to go back for seconds 😩. I’ll hire again for sure!

Anthony’s food is excellent and he’s also great to work with. Working with his catering company made our party so much more enjoyable and greatly reduced our stress in planning the event. Getting the details of our event planned was also super easy because Anthony is so responsive! We loved partnering with such a professional company and our guests loved the food! Especially the coconut shrimp 😋 Finally, he was incredibly accommodating to our long list of dietary restrictions. He catered a mostly vegan and GF meal for us and had a few meat options to please the crowd. We loved it!
