Introduction: I’ve been cooking for 9 years in multiple different restaurants including upscale and fine dining. My focus is to fulfill your taste buds with an experience that you won’t forget. One of the ways that I accomplish this is by putting fine detail into the selection of my ingredient so I that can get the best flavor combination possible. I booked Rasheem for my husband’s 35th birthday. My husband was so happy with his food. He could not stop raving about how delicious the food was and the presentation was outstanding. If you ever need a private chef or anything catered, Rasheem is definitely your go to Guy!

Wow! Where do I even begin? Rasheem was such a pleasure to work with and made the catering process so smooth. I connected with him just days prior to my event, and he was able to put together a beautiful spread in short notice that all my guests enjoyed. He had a beautifully curated menu, with a variety of options and was so responsive and accommodating up to the night before the event. He was also able to assist with complete set up at the specified location as I only needed the food dropped off, and followed up with me to confirm once setup was finished. Every single guest could not stop raving about how delicious the food was, and wanted his contact information immediately for their own events. I will absolutely use him again for any future events I have, big or small, and have attached photos for reference of some of the meals. Please note that these photos were taken just after guests had started devouring. The original presentation prior was perfection.

The chefs food was amazing,and all of the flavors popped!!! He created an intimate event for my wife and I.He was reasonably priced,on time and worked quickly and neatly… He went over the menu and his dessert was delicious !!! Even though we were full we could not help eating it-We also had leftovers for the next day.Outstanding

My typical process is to always get a feel of their taste preference and if/any allergies. I tend to give them a light background of myself and provide answers to any questions that may be asked

I’ve been working in food and beverage since 2014. I’ve attended online culinary courses and worked as prep cook, lead line, grill cook, sauté cook and sous chef.
