- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the project and have a detailed conversation with our customer to ensure all their needs are being met. Once the work is completed we have the customer review the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marble Institute member Certified Stone Restoration Shop On going training at our facility and off-site to stay abreast of the newest technologies in stone, tile, and grout maintenance
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a vast mix of residential and commercial customers. From small 1 day projects to several month long projects.
