My experience with Top Notch House Cleaning will always be a memorable one. The job was properly done,and done professionally. I am a full time stay at home mom. so I was able to put my feet up and let Top Notch Cleaning get my home clean just the way I would like it. 1. They were on time 2.The privacies that were listen by me for them to follow were complied. 3. And the areas that were missed my me , they got it done.

As an Airbnb owner, I have always been skeptical about who we give our cleaning jobs to because we need to ensure our property is always spotless for our occupants and choosing a company is always handled with sublime detail. However, Top Notch House Cleaning came highly recommended and I am so happy we took a chance and tried this new Company. It wasn’t just their professionalism, the main benefit came from their efficiency and attention to detail which I believe goes far beyond standard practices in the industry. Exceptional job! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Discounts are offered to clients with recurring cleaning jobs. There is a free walkthrough for all commercial cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For new customers, we do a free initial walk through the space to determine the scope of the work and discuss the specific requirements. Thereafter, a quote is sent for the job and date and time are agreed upon for completion of the work. Note - some basic residential will not require a walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Masters Degree in management and have been supervising staff for over 10 years. The staff have over 30 years experience in cleaning. We are a licensed and insured business, duly federally certified by SAM as a woman minority owned small business.
