Ralph was such a pleasure! He was punctual, honest and friendly. My computer has a blue screen and star SD drive was corrupted and Ralph came prepared with all his tools equipped to tackle the issue. It’s very apparent through conversation that Ralph is extremely knowledgeable about computers, tech issues and it’s a clear passion of his— there’s no better way to trust someone than to know they do their work because they absolutely love it, and Ralph clearly does. Through the process of fixing my computer, he explained what he was doing, the different options I had, his recommendations, stories of himself and his work and how to prevent this in the future. I learned a lot from him while he helped me and he was very friendly. BONUS: he loves pets and slowly got my dog to trust him throughout his time working in my home! lol Thank you again Ralph!

The gentleman Ralph that came to look at my devices was kind and informative. I felt comfortable while he worked on my devices and he answered a lot of my questions. He told me what he was doing as he was doing it and informed me of his suspicions for their failure. I had 2 devices (1 cell phone and 1 microSD card) that he looked at. The microSD card was a bigger problem and he recommended me to another service that would potentially have a better chance at retrieving my data. He didn't want to offer a partial service, so we did not proceed with either device. As promised, since data was not recovered. There was no charge. I appreciated his attempt and services. I would recommend.

He was prompt and courteous , very thorough, he doesnt cut corners. Very affordable and he is man with integrity, it turned out that it needed more work than he anticipated and he did not charge any more. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I highly recommend him.
