Jessie has been 100% responsive from the beginning. He listened to my ideas for making the space look good but he took it to another level and made it look great. I really didn’t know what to expect but I’m a very happy customer. They replaced old rusted plumbing pipes and very old electric wiring. They also found lead and had it removed. I mean these are important things that I didn’t think of. I felt so good knowing that Jessie had my back and was looking out for me. I have a little one so the lead was a big deal. It was a very old apartment you will see from the pictures.

I never thought you could end up loving your contractor, but this is what happened with Jesse. He is not only an outstanding professional, but a great human being as well. When I hired him, I was completely and unnervingly inexperienced, and he walked me through every single step of my bathroom and kitchen renovation with great patience, professionalism and punctuality. He answered my calls late at night and super early in the morning, and made everything smooth even when it was not. The result is stunning, also thanks to Marvin, who is an absolute artist. Both Jesse and Marvin went well beyond what was included in the contract, offering to fix things that didn't have anything to do with the remodeling. Always available, they were pleasant to be around and extremely reliable. I am very glad I will work with them again soon for my windows installation and floor/apartment painting. Look no further: these are the guys you need.

You’ve all heard these New York horror stories about renovations gone awry: delays, subpar materials, decisions made without consulting you, defective works (a friend of mine found pizza boxes with a few dried out slices in a dry wall he had to have redone after his contractor messed up the job), and you end up paying way more than you had planned. Unless you have the good fortune of meeting Jesse. His level of professionalism is peerless. You will receive daily updates (pictures and videos!) of what has been done. He will run every decision by you but also give you his (usually judicious) advice if you ask. His standards of satisfaction are incredibly high: in the apartment I renovated, he was unhappy with the window frames, which were a bit old and had been painted over several time. He changed them all without charging me because he wanted the rest of his work to look good. And it does! Another thing about Jesse is that he is just a honest man—a rare breed: he does what he says and tells what he does. From now on, I wouldn’t entrust anyone else with my renovation project.
