- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I often take classes at the Natural Gourmet Institute, to learn new trends in healthy, plant based cooking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I loved cooking since I was a child. I was always in the kitchen helping my family and over the years I became more and more interested in nutrition and combining the two. Food for me not only provides a delicious way to satiate hunger, but it is a powerful tool to heal our bodies and promote long lasting wellness.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I prepare and store lunches and dinners for them to eat during the week. I bake gluten free pastries, granola bars, cookies and muffins and deliver them to my client's door. I also cater dinner parties.
