About
I service many different laser printers, copiers, fax machines, and HP DesignJet Plotters. All work will be done at the client's site. You can't go wrong when you employ a technician with more than a decade of experience and reasonable rates. I do not service Epson Printers.

Everton is absolutely top notch. He responded back immediately. He was able to fit my schedule, but more importantly, resolve my printer issue.

Everton Purrier did a great job. He came by on short notice (a Sunday afternoon), quickly analyzed the problem, provided a few needed parts on the spot, and cleaned and repaired the unit, all for a VERY fair price. He also gave me some free advice about networking my old HP Printer, and even turned up a used network card in his truck, which he sold to me for a few dollars. It works perfectly. Very nice guy. He's definitely my new go to "printer guy." I spoke with a number of other companies (through Thumbtack and otherwise) in advance, and got the run around. It seems as well that more that at least a few of these NYC-based printer repair companies are, in fact, the same company operating under different names (the same guy kept picking up the phone!). Don't waste time with these other companies, many of which have fancy web sites>Just call Everton. You'll be back in business in no time.

After attempting to change the carriage belt on our 44" HP Designjet Z3200 printer, we began getting different error codes and the machine simply was not functioning normally. We spent an entire week stressing and trying to figure out what the issue(s) could be until we couldn't take it any longer and decided we needed a pro to come take a look at the printer. My husband did some searching online and came across Thumbtack and we decided to give it a try. Much to our surprise, we began receiving responses within a couple of hours of posting our request for help. Everton was one of the only people to respond with a detailed response and possible solution to our problem. We communicated with him and within 24 hours, he had the necessary parts and stopped by our home on a Saturday afternoon (according to our schedule) and got our printer up and running in under 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice person to deal with. We are so thankful he was available right away and his rate was extremely reasonable compared to what HP was asking. He will be our go to tech for any future problems and/or printer maintenance. Thanks again Everton, you saved us a lot of headaches! 😌

Everton was amazing to work with-kind, took time to offer clear explanations of his work, was proactive in communicating and made a house call to take a look at our issue. He's a Rock Star and if you are having issues with your tech at home or work he should be your first call.
