After attempting to change the carriage belt on our 44" HP Designjet Z3200 printer, we began getting different error codes and the machine simply was not functioning normally. We spent an entire week stressing and trying to figure out what the issue(s) could be until we couldn't take it any longer and decided we needed a pro to come take a look at the printer. My husband did some searching online and came across Thumbtack and we decided to give it a try. Much to our surprise, we began receiving responses within a couple of hours of posting our request for help. Everton was one of the only people to respond with a detailed response and possible solution to our problem. We communicated with him and within 24 hours, he had the necessary parts and stopped by our home on a Saturday afternoon (according to our schedule) and got our printer up and running in under 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice person to deal with. We are so thankful he was available right away and his rate was extremely reasonable compared to what HP was asking. He will be our go to tech for any future problems and/or printer maintenance. Thanks again Everton, you saved us a lot of headaches! 😌
