Everton is a professional that knows his specialty well. Please, please,please before you decide to throw your printer away, give him a call.I tried to read my manual for my printer. My son who is suppose to be more compute savvy couldn't help me.If you are a college student that must have your printer up and running, I would contact him. He also addresses computer issues.
