I have been told that I need to back up my most precious files. Couldn't manage to do so. My brand new hdd with hundreds of important inside failed on me. I was furious, I had no right to simply let them go. So I started ringing all data recovery companies near me. All sounded promising. I decided to go with Pits company because of their previous experience on exact same kind of hard drive. Thank God I wasn't wrong about them. Everything went smoothly. The whole process from start to end was professional. They could retrieve my files. First things first. Backup your data, but if you didn't and in trouble go ahead and try Pits data recovery services. Thank me later :)

We provide flat-rate & fixed pricing for the in-lab data recovery services. You know your cost before sending your media to our lab for the recovery. The customers pay just if they are satisfied with the results.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers should submit a case online at our website and receive a case number. After getting the case, customers should follow shipment instructions to ship their media to our lab. Once we receive their media, we notify them about the receipt and start of recovery procedures. The data recovery process may take up to 10 business days based on the nature and complexity of each case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our data recovery engineers possess more than ten years of experience and knowledge in computer engineering. Currently, our engineers hold multiple vendor certifications, including the most crucial data recovery qualifications in the world.
