I have been told that I need to back up my most precious files. Couldn't manage to do so. My brand new hdd with hundreds of important inside failed on me. I was furious, I had no right to simply let them go. So I started ringing all data recovery companies near me. All sounded promising. We provide flat-rate & fixed pricing for the in-lab data recovery services. You know your cost before sending your media to our lab for the recovery. The customers pay just if they are satisfied with the results.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers should submit a case online at our website and receive a case number. After getting the case, customers should follow shipment instructions to ship their media to our lab. Once we receive their media, we notify them about the receipt and start of recovery procedures. The data recovery process may take up to 10 business days based on the nature and complexity of each case.
