I first contacted Technical Difficulties for a Data Recovery issue. Over the years, I have utilized the services of Avi and his capable staff for Technical Support both on and off premises. On several occassions, I purchased Computers and related equipment from Technical Difficulties. There hasn't been a time when I wasn't completly satisfied with the results. I felt the need to post this review of Technical Difficulties after I was receiving a message on my computer to contact my Anti-Virus provider and the tech support person who answered the phone from the Anti-Virus provider wasn't helpful and wanted to transfer me to their "fee for service" division. I called Avi and he sent me a link which helped me fix the issue.

Our server stopped working. TD recovered our data and got the server working again. Service is fast, friendly, helpful and informative. A real treasure for Brooklyn.

The technician was so pleasant and accommodating. He explained the updates and systems that would be good for my computer but he wasn't trying to push me into buying programs. He was so nice and honest. Great experience. I would definitely recommend them.
