If you are considering hiring Ambar, DO IT.
We hired Designs with Ambar for month-of coordination for our wedding, and she was genuinely one of the best decisions we made. By the end of the wedding, my husband and I were saying that if Ambar could plan our entire lives, we would let her. 😂
She thinks of EVERYTHING. Not just the big wedding-day logistics, but all of the tiny details you don’t even realize need someone’s attention until you’re in the middle of it. She printed memorial photos for us, set up our entire event, kept our timeline moving, coordinated with our vendors, handled things behind the scenes before they ever became our problem, and somehow made us feel like everything was completely under control.
And that last part is priceless. There are inevitably things that go wrong on a wedding day. I know there were things happening behind the scenes at ours, but I got to be a bride instead of a project manager. I was able to dance, be with my husband, spend time with our families and friends, and actually experience the day we had spent so long planning. That is exactly what you want from a coordinator.
Ambar is organized, proactive, calm, communicative, incredibly resourceful, and prepared for basically anything. She cared about our wedding like it mattered to her, not like it was simply another event on her calendar.
My only regret is honestly that we hired her for month-of coordination instead of full-service planning from the beginning. If I were doing it all over again, I would hire her earlier and let her handle MORE.
Ambar, thank you for taking such incredible care of us and our wedding. We had the best day of our lives, and you were a huge part of making that possible. Hire her. Seriously. 10/10. ❤️

Ambar was our amazing day of coordinator for our wedding on April 12th, 2026. We had several zoom consultations and she created our wedding timeline, coordinated details for the ceremony and reception with all of our vendors, assisted with layout of the venue floorplan, planned our rehearsal, recorded the entire day using so we can revisit it, customized our welcome mirror and personalized champagne glasses, decorated the venue and ensured the entire day went smoothly. Ambar also made sure my husband and I had time to have food and drinks during cocktail hour and dinner. She even bustled my dress so I could dance the night away comfortably with my loved ones! Overall her services are top tier and we highly recommend her to anyone who needs a responsive, professional WeddingCoordinator.

Our wedding couldn't have been as beautiful and amazing as it was if it wasn't for Ambar and her team. From the start, Ambar was attentive to detail. She provided us with ideas, showed us items in her inventory that would suit our theme so well, and was extremely informative, kind and patient throughout the rest of the planning process. Ambar worked closely with both of us together and individually to really see our vision and bring it to life. We highly appreciate the time and effort Ambar put into making the schedule for our special day, keeping in contact with the vendors we had, decorating the venue beautifully, making sure things ran as smoothly as possible and handling any issues with grace when she wasn't keeping us comfortable, hydrated and fed the day of, to the point we didn't even have to worry about a thing. Ambar is so thoughtful, involved and prepared as well! When there was a mishap with the wedding dress, she came running with her sewing kit and was ready to jump in and help. I would recommend her to plan any special day!! We couldn't have done it without her.
Ambar IS AWESOME!!! She did the decor work for my sister's wedding reception and she REALLY did AMAZING! She is VERY responsive, answers all questions and makes sure she goes thru everything with you step by step! She was so great that EVERYONE in my circle is STILL talking about the decor DAYS later! We will def use her services again for their 5th year anniversary celebration.
We had the most wonderful experience working with our weddingcoordinator, Ambar! She is an excellent communicator, always responsive, clear, and attentive to every detail. She stayed in constant contact with all of our vendors, making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes.
