Bernard did a great job. I have a Yorkie who is 3 years old but still behaves like a puppy. Very excitable, high energy, and very active. These attributes can make it a bit difficult for a groomer to keep her still and occupied while grooming her. Bernard did a great job with her. He was patient and thought of different approaches to ensure he got the job done while grooming her. He didn't let her activeness distract him or cause him to pay less attention to anything while grooming her. He gave her breaks when she became too agitated, and was very patient with her throughout. I highly recommend Zoom 2 Groom, giving them a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be using them again, and highly recommend them!!
