Great experience, they arrived on time and did a great job removing an existing screen door and installing a new security door. They also cleaned up after themselves and left a clean site. When they met an obstacle in the process, they resolved it effectively without complaint. They also charged exactly the estimate, I appreciate their integrity.

Good Day ALl, It only allowed me to pick up to Three characteristics but I wish that I could pick "ALL" of them. I called on Monday(a holiday). I explained my hanging door situation as it was explained to me. The gentleman by the name "Boris" returned my call swiftly. We had a brief discussion on the phone. Boris named a price which I felt was fair thus I consented to the requested price. Boris arrived quickly even though he was in Brooklyn. As Boris noticed, THE BRAND NEW DOOR needed a little more work to be done on it priir to hanging. Boris happily continued with the job, no complaints and PROFESSIONAL throughout the ENTIRE PROJECT. Boris did an excellent job installing our shower door. Communication was great from the very beginning (he came over for a free evaluation and scheduled work right away) and we couldn’t be happier with the finished project. It wasn’t an easy one (try fitting a standard door into a tiny NY apartment!) but he made all the necessary alterations and it came out absolutely gorgeous! We recommend his services highly and will definitely call him again if we need any more work done. Five huge stars!

Boris came to our apartment to check out the door frame himself before giving a free quote, which gave me confidence that the number wouldn't change on the day of the job. He was extremely patient and responsive over the next few weeks as I dealt with other things that kept delaying the job, and even though he and his assistant had to spend an hour shaving down the door I'd bought that original quote held. So excited to have a door solidly in place now! Thanks especially to Boris for getting us a handle we can unlock from the outside in case our child ever locks himself in.
