It was a pleasure working with Boris. His response on the app was shortly after my inquiry and getting an appointment was quick. I purchased a door and lock for install. The door being slightly larger had to be cut down, which he did with no problem. He also installed the lock. However after it was installed we realized that it was defective (which was no fault of Boris'). After purchasing another lock, I called Boris and he was kind enough to come back, take out the defective lock and replace it with the new one. Boris arrived on time, is a professional and his work is of good quality. I would most certainly call on him again, and I highly recommend him.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Boris. He showed up minutes before his appointments and provided exceptional service. I had a basement window that needed a broken glass pane replaced and three windows on the 2nd floor that needed the balancing mechanism replaced and two needed the mesh repaired. Boris provided me with an estimate and confirmed his appointment to return and complete the repairs. Boris is very likable and trustworthy. I would definitely use Golden Touch Remodelers in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
