It was an absolute pleasure working with Boris. He showed up minutes before his appointments and provided exceptional service. I had a basement window that needed a broken glass pane replaced and three windows on the 2nd floor that needed the balancing mechanism replaced and two needed the mesh repaired. Boris provided me with an estimate and confirmed his appointment to return and complete the repairs. Boris is very likable and trustworthy. I would definitely use Golden Touch Remodelers in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Great responsiveness and wonderful price. Able to tell me the price of my Anderson window parts and told me his labor fee. All the other contractors just made up a price and then tried to bargain with me - annoying. I will definitely be using Golden Touch for other projects in my home!
