I had a door closer that I needed removed and replaced from my front, steel, security door. It was not an easy task since the screw heads were stripped on old door closer. Lock & Unlock responded quickly & gave me a reasonable cost. Nick was sent out to do the job and he was punctual, respesctful & professional. He was able to remove old door closer and install new one. Nick even made a couple of trips to the hardware store to ensure we had the door closer we needed.

It was a big job that required cutting the door and he did it meticulously. He also fixed some wonky closet doors I had (and picked up a part that I needed) and a bathroom vanity door. He was also responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!
