FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Tiff Touch LLC offers transparent, tiered pricing based on the scope and complexity of your event. Pricing reflects materials, design, labor, sourcing time, setup/breakdown, and any rentals required. Wedding planning and full-service event curation packages are custom-quoted based on the timeline, vendor needs, and guest count. We occasionally offer discounts for bundled services (e.g., decor + day-of coordination) and seasonal promotions. Rush fees may apply for projects booked less than 5 days in advance. To provide the most accurate quote, we ask all clients to clearly specify their event type, décor needs, services required (e.g., balloon design, backdrop rental, wedding planning, etc.), and any inspiration or vision boards. The more detail you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life within your budget. Please Note, WE DO NOT SERVICE OUTSIDE OF NYC & NJ!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a discovery conversation—via phone, text, or email—where you share your event vision, timeline, and budget. We’ll ask targeted questions to get a full understanding of your needs, including: Event type (e.g., baby shower, wedding, birthday, launch, etc.) Type of services needed (decor only, full planning, day-of coordination, etc.) Guest count, venue details, and access hours Preferred colors, themes, and visual inspirations Once we have your details, we revisit your quote to or proposal. After your deposit is received, your date is secured and we begin sourcing, designing, and planning. You’ll receive regular updates, and we’ll conduct final confirmations before your big day. On event day, we handle all setup or coordination—so you can relax and celebrate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to years of hands-on experience designing events and coordinating logistics, I’ve completed professional training in branding, event marketing, Canva Pro design, vinyl and print production, and balloon artistry. I’ve also completed wedding planning certification modules and studied event logistics through both formal training and years of coordinating school, corporate, and private events. My background in education, project management, and leadership helps ensure smooth timelines, clear communication, and attention to detail in every event I touch.
