- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At GlowHandy, our rates are transparent and reasonable. I offer packages for multiple pieces of furniture to be assembled. Hourly or job-specific rates, depending on your needs. Discounts available for large projects or repeat customers. I always send you a clear quote before the job begins, with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 Discussion to fully understand the request 2 Sending a clear quote with estimated time and price 3 Prompt intervention with all necessary equipment 4 Safe, clean, and efficient assembly or installation 5 Review with the client at the end, and provide advice if needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in several areas related to construction and safety: St. Nicks Alliance Green Building Operation & Maintenance SST (Site Safety Training) – 10 hours 4-Hour Flagger Certification 4-Hour Scaffolding Certificationu I am proficient in the use of hand and power tools. I speak French, Arabic, and English, which allows me to work with a variety of clients with confidence.
