I was just a helpless college student in NYC, with no family here to help me move in my new apartment. Then I encountered Duc, and honestly I am beyond grateful for everything that he has done for me to make my moving experience hassle-free. Duc was able to give me an accurate and reasonable quote based on the items that I bought. Afterwards, he and his work buddy Will picked me up at a nearby train station near Ikea and drove me there, packed all the items on the list, and made sure they're not missing anything. They held my stuff in their truck overnight and came to my place to assemble the day after. They were very professional and efficient (they even helped me install an AC and carried my storage boxes upstairs with no extra charge!) 100% satisfying service. I will definitely refer Duc to all my friends and hire them in the future if I ever need to move again.

I give a fix rate on my quotes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask probing questions so I can provide value added solutions. Customer are hiring me not just for manual labor but to provide recommendations, ideas and solutions that add that extra touch. If my customers really want an order taker they would have gone for fast food.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction business since I was 7 years old. It's something I enjoy doing, it's a way for me to express my GOD given creativity.
