- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive flat-rate pricing based on the item and complexity (most jobs fall between $60–$150). If a project takes longer than expected, I stay until it’s finished at no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually call and get details about the project, after that schedule the time and the date. After that everything is straightforward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my skills come from hands-on experience. I enjoy the process of putting things together carefully and correctly, and I take pride in delivering a clean, solid result every time.
