- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Group of professionals over at ALP understand there are clients who seek estimates, direction, analysis and basic understand of what they are looking to do which one our case, all estimates are completely free whether in person, virtual, or on the phone. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at ALP our approach is different than most - typical general contractors provide run around of excuses and unfinished projects. Not us, at ALP besides honesty, we provide full transparency. Which means you will know how your project is moving at the same time as us. With our projects being monitored closely, should any hiccup arise, together we can avoid any delays in your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALP values continued education for all staff by doing weekly training sessions and well as receiving certifications in various fields. Various areas of expertise included but not limited to; electric, plumbing, carpentry, etc
