I found NorthBridge on Homeadvisor after meeting with several other firms. There was something about Syed and his team that made me trust them. We spoke a while and he told me of previous jobs he had taken on. Immediately I knew I was dealing with an absolute gentleman, as well as a professional. It took them all of a month and a half to completely renovate my co-op and turn it from the broke down, neglected squatters den that the previous owner left me, into a stunning luxury apartment. As part of our contract, Syed agreed that I would be responsible for purchasing materials, to which I agreed. Being profane in construction, Syed was understanding and came with me to purchase all the supplies needed, he also explained the purpose behind each and every purchase. All in all, working with NorthBridge was a rewarding experience, not so much for their exceedingly impeccable work, but moreso for the level of comfort and reassurance they provide. I didn't feel like a customer working with Syed, I felt like family. They didn't merely renovate my apartment, they also completely fortified its infrastructure. For example, they installed emergency shut off valves in the bathroom just in case a leak occurred, or a pipe broke inside the wall. They found out during renovations that the previous owner neglected to have the fusebox repaired, and Syed discovered that the entire apartment was powered on one fuse alone (a major fire hazard). After consulting my worthless, good for nothing superintendent, (who did nothing, again, major fire hazard) Syed called in his best electrician for the job and had the situation rectified immediately. No thanks to the people who I pay maintenance to (Advanced Management) and all credit to Syed and the NorthBridge team, my co-op is now operating at full capacity. Ultimately, I must say I've gained alot in choosing NorthBridge, not only a reliable, knowledgable, and professional contractor for all my future endeavors,.. but I've gained a life long friend who I know I can and will rely on for many, many years to come. Thank You Syed, My Friend, My Brother, you have truly taken my vision for this project and brought it to reality. Anyone who chooses you for their personal projects will surely be satisfied as well.
