He helped us keep the maximum glass size (because who wants tiny windows unless you're in a submarine?) and respected our budget and pace. No hard sell. No guilt-tripping. Just good, honest guidance. His crew handled the prep and cleanup like pros—no debris left behind, no mystery screws hiding on the floor to stab me later.
