- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75/ hour lesson is my flat rate. $60/ 45 min lesson $40/ 30 min lesson
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first few lessons will introduce you to your instrument and begin the process of acquiring the technical ability to play chords, scales, melodies, and rhythms. Not all students are interested in learning to read music but I highly recommend it and incorporate the language of standard notation into my lessons as early as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing music for almost 30 years and in that time have learned to play many different instruments and styles, along with studying with amazing teachers at both the undergraduate (Colgate University) and graduate level (Queens College Jazz Performance).
