I had a few guitar lessons before studying with Nathanael. I felt like I was being shown what to do but not really learning anything. With Nathanael, I really know I'm on the right track with just the right teacher. He really listens and understands what works best for me. He inspires me to want to practice every day!

My children meet weekly with Nathanael for 30 minute lessons. They have learned so much in a short period of time with him. He is always patient and professional with my children. I would highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my lesson management and billing is handled by New York Music Cooperative. The Coop offers sliding scale pricing, with an average of $60 per hour for online lessons and $95 per hour for in home lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with students on music they like. We'll take songs you enjoy and learn them piece by piece, using them as an engaging way of learning broader areas of music like technique. music theory, songwriting, and production.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Music degree from McNally Smith College of Music, certification for mixing and mastering with Pro Tools from Berklee College of Music, and have been teaching, performing, and producing music professionally for over ten years.
