Introduction: Hello. I'm Charlie. Bonded and insured, I have many years of experience working in the art world, general contracting and furniture/architectural fabrication.
Over the last several years, I have primarily focused on art installation. I am often asked to advise on art placement in clients' homes. Over the course of my career and factoring in my own enthusiasm for art and art history, I've developed an artistic eye that many of my clients have come to rely on. Mounting heavy objects (art, TV's, mirrors, shelves, etc.) is also a specialty of mine.

I'm excited to offer my extensive and varied experience to a wider array of clients who require quick and efficient completion of their particular tasks. I am knowledgeable in what I call the "Big Three": materials, fasteners and tools. Knowing how these interact with each other in any scenario is the key to success on the technical side. I'm an excellent listener and a very clear communicator, qualities that are critical when dealing with clients.
*NOTE ON MY PAY RATE: For jobs lasting less than 4 hours (most fall into this category), I price by the job, taking scope and complexity into account. This pricing system is transparent and equitable for all parties, as I work quickly and meticulously. To put it plainly, you won't see me moving at half speed to prolong a 'paid by the hour' job!

NOTE ON LIGHTING INSTALLATIONS:
While I have vast experience installing all kinds of light fixtures, outlets, switches, etc., I AM NOT A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. If your building or your particular job requires one, please consider this.
