They could have strong guys instead of 110 pound man when I told them it's commercial move some heavy equipment they stood around and then made me pay for their dolly

Hi Debra, thank you for your review. The employee that you’re talking about is experienced and strong, let’s respect each other. To clarify the situation, this client did not give us clear instructions at all, either over the phone (could not contact her properly for two days) or at the place of work. Secondly, this work was not related to moving, what we did today is called cleaning and we do not offer this service. Also, this client never said that this is commercial moving.
