Ilyas was hired to remove a set of patio sliding doors so a new oversized A.C. Unit could be installed. After much hard work it was determined the doors were not removable. We are in a connected townhouse with no access to the yard. Ilyas brainstormed many options and came up with a solution which made the most sense. He removed a bordering fence and we gained entry to our yard. He executed the plan in a flawless manner and my AC was installed. He also offered at a very nominal fee to do a backyard seasonal clean out which was an arduous task. His work was meticulously done and we could not be more pleased. I have no hesitation to use NYC Ilyas for any household task that arises. We could not be more pleased and highly recommended!

Ilyas did an amazing job on the door frame. He told me exactly what he was going to do, and he completed it. What made it crazy was that he showed up in the afternoon and worked until the evening. Really good work. I will be using him for other projects
