Jack was fantastic! On time, friendly, super-capable and creative (he had to come up with an alternative solution for hanging a pendant lamp, and his idea couldn't have worked out better). He made sure to clean up well after his work, which I really appreciated. I recommend him highly and will use him again for sure.

I requested a handyman to caulk a leaky shower and asked that he come as soon as possible. Mr. Osborne responded to my inquiry, came the next morning, on time, and caulked my shower. He is efficient and neat, cleaned up the shower after caulking it and was a very pleasant person to meet. I am very grateful he was available.
