Our pricing is transparent and fair. Rates depend on the type of service, complexity, and time required. We provide free estimates upfront so you know exactly what to expect. Small jobs may have a minimum service fee to cover travel and setup. We also offer discounts for repeat customers, seniors, and veterans. Our goal is to deliver high-quality work at an affordable price with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by listening carefully to understand the job—whether it’s a repair, installation, or general handyman work. We provide a free estimate and schedule a time that’s convenient for you. On the day of service, we arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work efficiently. After completing the job, we make sure everything is working properly and that you’re completely satisfied before we leave. Our goal is to make the process easy, stress-free, and reliable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience in appliance repair, installation, and general home maintenance. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of appliances and completed projects ranging from small repairs to full installations. I stay updated on industry best practices, safety standards, and modern tools to ensure every job is done efficiently and correctly.
