Alex was timely. He conducted himself in a professional manner. My treadmill was in need of a New motor which Alex took his time to diagnose. He did a thorough assessment and then told me what was needed. He knew exactly what incline motor I needed and texted me the link to make sure I purchased the correct one. He assured me that the treadmill will be functional after the installation of the motor. The motor took about a week to be delivered . I immediately called Alex and he told me that he will come by the next day. He was again on time and installed the motor. My treadmill is working again and I am happy. Alex is Knowledgeable and conducts himself professionally. He is joyous and wears a bright smile. Call Alex for your Treadmill needs.
