Needed to replace a ripped belt on our FreeMotion treadmill for my wife. Alex responded quickly and was professional throughout the whole process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alex at Prometey. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, works quickly, and is also very nice. The bike needed a part that could not be found anyplace. He set the bike for use without that part and patiently explained how to use the bike. He managed to obtain the part and returned and fixed the bike. Alex is an excellent exercise bike repairman.
