- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair pricing and doing the job right the first time. You’ll always know the cost upfront—no surprises. If something takes less time than expected, I adjust the price. And if you need multiple things done, I’ll work with your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the project. If needed, I can stop by to take a look. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I get the job done efficiently, clean up after myself, and make sure the customer is satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training through years of working in residential remodeling and handyman services. I also stay updated on tools, materials, and safety practices to make sure my work meets current standards.
