Dana was very prompt in getting back to me. He was professional, hardworking and offered options at various options at different price points. Our floors look fabulous and everything was done with in his estimated timeline and cost, which was very reasonable for the work. I would recommend and rehire PF for any future projects.

Platinum flooring covered all areas of my floors and gave us the best options with no price pressure or upselling at all. They worked within our budget and done an amazing job. They were always punctual, reliable, trustworthy and always communicated any delays or sudden changes in schedule which honestly, we barely experienced. They also periodically followed up us to ensure everything was ok with our floors. I can go on and on about Platinum flooring. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Skilled in this field, professional, no non-sense! Walked me through all of the project options and finishes... Came on time, communication was excellent during the process. Very good value. Platinum floors restored the beauty of these original 1910 floors. They don't make these today. Platinum made them look like new!
